Miss Patel is thoroughly professional and has a confident approach which is very reassuring. At the same time she is very approachable and engaging and I know she will be happy to answer any questions and address any concerns. The current crisis has caused difficulties but my treatment has not been affected and I am grateful to all the medical staff who have treated and cared for me. I feel extremely lucky to be a patient of Miss Patel and I am certain she will always be acting in my best interests.

Miss Patel did not patronise nor speak down to me. I felt confident in her diagnosis and prognosis despite no offer of immediate respite from or resolution of presented condition. As always the bugbear is the timescales of referral. Hopefully not too long.
